Paid in full before the flowers leave your shop
Most florists ask about the money first, and they're right to. So here it is, plainly.
Two payments. Both before delivery.
90%, the moment you accept.
Not after delivery, not at the end of the month. You accept the order, and 90% of your payout is available immediately. You buy the stems with our money, not yours.
10%, the moment your photo is approved.
Upload one clear photo of the finished bouquet. We check it against the order, usually quickly, and the rest releases. Then you deliver, already paid in full.
The MaestroFlor card
Rather than make you wait for a bank transfer, your payment loads onto a MaestroFlor card, shown on the order and under Balance. You charge it like any other card, and the money is there the moment each part of your payout is released. If a card doesn't suit how your shop runs, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
What we quote is what you get
The payout on the offer is your number. No commission taken off it afterwards, no fees deducted, no joining cost recovered from it. We make our money on the customer's side of the transaction, which has already been paid before we ever message you.
Why we can pay before you deliver
A two-lane sketch. The top lane is the customer and the money, handled by us: the customer orders, the customer pays MaestroFlor, and MaestroFlor pays you. The bottom lane is the bouquet, which is yours: you make it, you take one photo, and you deliver it. A dashed line marked "You are never out of pocket" crosses both lanes at the point where 90% reaches you, before the first stem is bought.
Fair question, several florists have told us it sounded too good. The answer: we've already been paid. The customer pays MaestroFlor when they place the order. We carry the risk on the customer; you carry it on the bouquet. That's the whole arrangement, and it's why there's no fee.
No joining fee. No contract. No minimum. You say yes or no to every order.
And if a photo isn't approved?
We tell you why, and you upload another, the order stays yours and so does the 90% already paid. It's usually a photo too dark to see the flowers, or a bouquet that doesn't match what was ordered. Think we've got it wrong? Say so on the order and a person will look at it.
