From "there's an order near you" to "delivered", start to finish

No sales calls, no dashboard to watch, nothing to set up in advance. When there's an order near your shop, we come to you. Here's exactly what happens, in order.

  1. An order comes up in your city

A rich bouquet of red roses lying on a wooden table.

Someone far away buys flowers for a person near you. The moment that happens, we message you: an email, a text, and a push notification if you've added the app to your phone. Every message links straight to the offer, no password, the link signs you in. Every one of these is a customer you never had to find or advertise for, the order comes looking for your shop.

  2. You see everything that matters, before deciding

Two hands holding a phone, reading a new message.

The offer shows the three things that decide it: what you'd be paid, the area it's going to, and when it has to arrive. You also see the bouquet you'd be making. If you're unsure, read the Q&A and come back, the offer stays open while you do. What you see is the whole deal, so there are no surprises after you say yes.

  3. Accept it, or don't

A shop owner smiling as she takes an order on her phone, surrounded by plants and flowers.

Tap accept and the order is yours: the full street address and the recipient's name appear straight away.

Not for you? Decline it, or simply ignore it. There's no obligation, no minimum and no penalty, it goes to another florist. Telling us why takes a second and means the next offers suit you better. Your week stays yours: MaestroFlor fits around your shop, never the other way round.

  4. 90% of your payout releases immediately

A hand holding a bank card at a payment terminal.

Not after delivery. Not after the photo. The moment you accept. It arrives on your MaestroFlor card, which you charge like any other card, so you're buying stems with our money, not yours. Cash flow works in your favour from the first minute. More on getting paid →

  5. Make the bouquet, match the photo

A florist's hands shaping an arrangement of pink flowers.

The order page lists every item: a photo, the recipe (which flowers and how many), anything that goes in the box, and the message for the card. Match the photo as closely as you can, it's what the customer was shown. The recipe takes the guesswork out: you know exactly what's expected before you cut a single stem.

Out of a flower? Small substitutions are fine within clear limits, and the Q&A spells them out. When in doubt, tap "Report a problem" and ask, a person answers, in your language.

  6. One photo releases the rest

Roses and ribbon on a worktable, with a phone showing the photo just taken of the bouquet.

Before the bouquet leaves your shop, take one clear picture of it in good light and upload it. We check it against the order and release the remaining 10%. If a photo isn't approved, we tell you why and you upload another, the order stays yours. That photo works for you, too: it's the record of what left your shop.

  7. Deliver, and you're done

An outstretched arm handing over a wrapped bouquet with a small card attached.

Deliver on the date shown, with the customer's time window when they chose one. Confirm the delivery so we can tell the customer, who's been waiting for exactly this message. And that's it, no invoice to write, nothing to chase. You were paid in full before you set out.

If something goes wrong

A wrong address, nobody home, a flower you can't source, a day that fell apart, every order has a "Report a problem" button, and it reaches us with the order already attached. We answer fast, in your language. And if you accepted but truly can't do it, hand the order back as early as you can: it goes straight out to another florist, and handing back doesn't count against you. Going quiet does.
