The sender chose a bouquet from a photo, paid, and is now waiting, sometimes nervously, for one thing: that what arrives looks like what they chose, and arrives when promised. They will never walk into your shop. Your bouquet is their message.

What we ask of you
- Make what was ordered. Match the photo as closely as you can, it's what the customer was shown. Substitutions only within the published limits, and never on roses.
- Deliver when promised. The date is on the offer before you accept. If you can't make it, hand the order back early rather than deliver late.
- One honest photo. In good light, before it leaves the shop. It's how the sender finally sees their message, and how you get your last 10%.
- Speak up, don't go quiet. A problem reported early is a problem we can fix. Silence is the only thing that damages the relationship.
